Processing Times
Every Deltaform product is made to order — we 3D print, assemble, and inspect each item before it ships. Because of this, orders typically require 3–5 business days to process before shipping. We do not currently offer rush processing.
Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on the size and complexity of the project. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when we confirm your order.
Shipping
We ship via USPS from the United States. Shipping times depend on the service selected at checkout and your delivery location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped. If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition without significant signs of wear or damage. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-branded and bulk orders are made to your specifications and cannot be returned. If there’s a defect or quality issue with a custom order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We don’t ask you to pay return shipping on items that arrived with a problem.
